Can this target stop arrows from high-poundage compound bows?
Ethafoam targets are best suited for recurve bows and lower-poundage setups. High-poundage compound arrows will pass right through the 6-inch foam.
How do you replace the center core when it gets shot out?
The 18-inch core relies on a tight friction fit. You just push the worn foam cylinder out from the back and slide a fresh replacement core into the opening.
Will the foam break down if left on the outdoor archery range?
The Ethafoam material is completely weatherproof and insect-proof. It holds up against rain and outdoor elements without rotting or falling apart like traditional straw bales.
What size target faces fit these Ethafoam rounds?
