  • Flat-rate shipping of $9.95 per order.
  • Free shipping on orders of $100 or more.

2. Shipping Exclusions

  • Our shipping rates apply to orders shipped within the contiguous United States only.
  • Freight-shipped products and shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from these rates.

3. Dispatch Times

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central, Monday through Friday, typically ship within 1–2 business days.
  • Some products may take longer to ship. We appreciate your patience.

4. Order Errors

  • If an item is ordered in error, the customer may be responsible for shipping costs.

5. Shipping Notifications

  • Once your order ships, we’ll email you the tracking information so you can follow your package until it arrives. You can also log into your CoachingStore account to check your order’s progress.

6. Delivery Estimates

  • We strive for timely delivery, but delivery times vary by location, and carrier delays are beyond our control.
