If you are using this for official high school game play, your state association likely requires the NFHS stamp. For practice or non-sanctioned leagues, the unstamped version plays exactly the same.
What is the difference between the textured channels and standard seams?
Standard seams are often smooth rubber. The Elite 2.0 uses in-laid channels with a textured grip. Players get consistent traction even if they catch the ball directly on the seams.
Does this ball need a long break-in period?
