Mound maintenance is a lot easier when you don't have to work around a permanently fixed rubber. This MacGregor system uses a steel stanchion that drops right into a cemented ground anchor. Your pitchers get a completely rigid surface to push off from, and you pull the rubber out cleanly when it is time to rake, water, or tarp the mound.

The heavy-duty rubber plate is bolted directly to the powder-coated steel tube. That steel-on-steel connection with the ground anchor stops the plate from shifting or lifting after repeated use.

Choose the size that fits your field. The Official size measures 6 by 24 inches for standard mounds. The Youth size drops down to 4 by 18 inches for younger leagues. Both models use the exact same drop-in anchor design.

What is the difference between the Official and Youth sizes?
The Official size measures 6 by 24 inches for standard high school and college mounds. The Youth size measures 4 by 18 inches to fit smaller mounds for younger players.
How does the plate secure to the ground?
The base anchor gets cemented directly into the mound. The plate is attached to a steel stanchion that simply slides down into that cemented anchor sleeve.
Will the plate shift during a game?
